I am standing on the corner of 4th and Wallace this morning, sucking back the last drops of caffeine, waiting for the lead runner in the Subaru Vancouver International Triathlon so that I can lead him and all the other triathletes in the right direction. I suddenly got the yawns and had a slight panic attack at the thought that I’m going to have to maintain my energy for the next 6 hours….and I have NO more coffee left! What do I do?? Think fast, and change thought direction….thank goodness for web enabled mobile phones!
Ahhh, perfect time to catch-up on my email management. In doing so, I found this cool marathon inspired clothing designer from France, Sébola, who is making ethical athletic wear using ecologically friendly fibers and with a low carbon footprint. You can read all about it on the Eco-Fashion World blog, I just wanted to share it with you because it’s cool, they have a sale and I want access to these kinds of products in Canada – but I am no Valentino
…and BTW, my triathlon club, Leading Edge Triathlon Club rocked the podium today! Woot!!
